My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although clean and spacious, had a lingering smell that was not very pleasant. On the bright side, the service was top-notch, with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The location was convenient, although not super clean. I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, but there were some loud noises at night from the AC unit. The staff did address it lightly. The service was exceptional with staff moving us to another room with absolute ease. The hip decor and friendly staff truly made my stay enjoyable. The location was perfect for my personal needs, even though it wasn't as clean as I'm used to. Unfortunately, the dining options were limited, although Italian dishes were available. Overall, a great stay with minor inconveniences.
